Welcome to Cilea (cilea.com.au), operated from Melbourne, Australia. By browsing, purchasing, or otherwise using this site (the "Services"), you agree to these Terms of Service.

Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old, or have the consent of a parent or legal guardian, to place an order with Cilea.

Pieces and pricing

Each piece is handmade in small batches. Slight variations in colour, finish, and form are part of the work. Prices are listed in Australian Dollars (AUD) and may change without notice. Photographs are intended as a faithful representation; minor differences between the photographed piece and the piece you receive are normal and expected.

Orders

When you place an order, you make an offer to purchase. We reserve the right to accept or decline any order, including for reasons of stock availability, pricing errors, or suspected fraud. Order confirmation will be sent to the email address you provide.

Shipping, returns and refunds

Shipping, returns and refund terms are set out in our Shipping policy and Refund policy. Those policies form part of these Terms.

Intellectual property

All photographs, text, design, and the Cilea mark are the property of Cilea. You may not copy, reproduce, or use them commercially without written permission.

Prohibited use

You agree not to use the Services to violate any applicable law, infringe third-party rights, transmit harmful code, or interfere with the operation of the site.

Disclaimer and liability

The Services are provided on an "as is" basis. To the extent permitted by Australian Consumer Law, Cilea's liability for any claim arising from your use of the Services or any piece is limited to the price paid for that piece. Nothing in these Terms excludes consumer guarantees that cannot lawfully be excluded.

Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of Victoria, Australia. Any dispute will be heard in the courts of Melbourne.
